Township of Monroe, NJ - Center State Engineering has issued invitation for bid.

The Township of Monroe is seeking sealed proposals for “ Heritage Chase - Roadway & Pedestrian Improvements - NJDOT Municipal Aid FY2025.” All proposals are to be returned via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. All proposals are due on or before October 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM at which time they will be unsealed via OpenGov. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Township. By order of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Monroe, Middlesex County, New Jersey. NOTE:Bids will be publicly unsealed via Zoom on October 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the following link. https://zoom.us/j/98184670364?pwd=aibnCyyFKQ0h73NbfvaC6tuHgdOZPa.1 Full bid tabulation and results will be posted here and sent to all bidders after opening.
