Rhode Island Airport Corp - Airfield Maintenance - 105 has issued invitation for bid, solicitation IFB 37914.
The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking bids to complete improvements to a storage area within a RIAC owned building at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport. Contract award shall be at RIAC’s sole discretion issued via construction contract, attached to this document. The scope of work consists of the comprehensive renovation and rehabilitation of an existing storage space and an existing second floor space that is accessed from within the storage space. Work includes selective demolition and removal of existing equipment, finishes, mechanical systems, doors, windows and other building components; installation and modification of fire alarm, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and low voltage systems, as well as associated architectural, structural, and exterior building work required to complete the renovation
Responses are due October 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.
Questions must be submitted by October 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.
