Painting of Police Tahoes

City of Brentwood - Police has issued itb, solicitation 2026-ITB-05.

Sealed bids will be received for Painting of Police Tahoes by the City of Brentwood through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement, until 1:00 PM, local time, on October 6, 2026, at which time said bids will be publicly opened. Copies of the Request for Bids document may be obtained from David Gossett,, City of Brentwood, 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37024-0788, david.gossett@brentwoodtn.gov or online at OpenGov Procurement. Electronic submission is the preferred method. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.

The City of Brentwood Police Department is requesting sealed bid for the painting of nine 2027 Chevrolet Tahoes. The Tahoe's come from the factory painted grey. The bid is to put our blue paint on the top half of the vehicles. See attached pictures.

Responses are due October 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM CDT.
