Sundt Construction (CMAR) and CDM Smith (Engineer) are pleased to invite you to a Vendor/Subcontractor Outreach event for the Three Forks Water Reclamation Facility Project for the City of Georgetown, Texas. We will be hosting this outreach event to provide information to prospective bidders about the upcoming 65% Cost Model and GMP-1 Design Package. The GMP-1 design package is expected to be advertised for bid in mid-November 2026. We will also preview GMP-2, anticipated to be advertised for bid in March/April 2027. The 65% Design package will include the following scopes of work: Earthwork SWPPP Site Utilities & Piping Structural Concrete Process Mechanical & Startup Electrical & I&C Turnkey Building Packages Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings/Canopies Caulking & Sealants Doors, Frames, and Hardware Overhead Coiling Doors Windows & Glazing Interior Framing & Drywall Acoustic Panels & Ceilings HVAC Plumbing Paving, Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalks Fences & Gates Landscaping The event will be held at 295 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626 on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A presentation discussing the project timeline, scopes of work, and bidding requirements will start at 5pm and will be followed by a Q&A session.
