The San Antonio Fire Department (SAFD) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), Lifecycle and Capital Renewal Analysis, and Facilities Master Plan and 15-Year Capital Strategy for fire stations and city facilities operated by SAFD. The firm selected shall develop assessment reports and long-term facilities plans that address immediate needs, current functionality, lifecycle requirements, and future demands, ensuring SAFD is equipped to provide exceptional service to the community over the next 15 years.
