City of Cheyenne - Purchasing has issued general solicitation, solicitation Surplus Auction - 2026.

CITY OF CHEYENNE PUBLIC NOTICE SURPLUS AUCTION The City of Cheyenne, under the direction of Al-Rose Auction & Realty LLC, will be holding a “Surplus Auction”. This will take place on-line at www.wyauction.com or www.alroseauction.com, on October 2, 2026, with the bidding starting to close October 20, 2026 at 8:30 pm MST. Items to be auctioned off are 2014 Peterbilt Sewer Jet Truck, 2006 Freightliner Spreader Truck, Cat RC60 Forklift JD Zero Turn Mowers, 2007 Ford Expeditions, 2013-2014 & 2016 Ford Tarrus, 2013 Jeep Patriot, 2012 Jeep Liberty, 2009-2010 & 2011 Crown Vic’s, 2003 Cat Skid Steer, Skid Steer Snow Blower Attachment, Kubota Zero Turn Mower, 2020 Ferris Zero Turn Mower, Husqvarna Riding Mower, 2007 H&H Tilt Trailer, Backhoe Tires, 2006 Chevy Impala, 2001 Chevy Suburban, 2003 Isuzu Bucket Truck 2006 Chevy Bus, 2011 E450 Bus, 2008 Ford F150, 2017 Ford F150, 2017 Ford F350, Generators, Hotsy Portable Pressure Washer, Semi- Trailer, ICPS, Snowplows blades, Quicky Saw K950, Portable Steam Jenny SJ120, Workstation Cubicles, Homelite Chain Saw and other miscellaneous items. Items at Dry Creek Water Reclamation Facility, 8911 Campstool Road can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 10-11:30am, Fleet Maintenance Shop, 2731 Old Happy Jack Road can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 1:00 -3:30pm, and Board of Public Utilities, 2412 Dillon Ave (Shop), can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Shown on each lot on the bidding site, is the preview and pickup locations. All sales are "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" and all sales are final. Items purchased at the auction must be removed from city property by the designated pickup dates and times (unless other arrangements are made with city personnel). The City of Cheyenne will not be responsible for items not picked up on the designed dates.
