City of Phoenix - Parks and Recreation has issued request for proposal - goods and services, solicitation PKS-RFP-27-0440.

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for for a commencing on or about, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. This solicitation is available through the City’s Procurement Portal. Questions must be submitted by August 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM MST at Microsoft Teams.
