Tempe Union High School District - Purchasing has issued request for proposal, solicitation 27-006KA-32RFP.

The Tempe Union High School District would like to invite you to submit a proposal for Human Resources Suite. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd, no later than 2:00 PM on November 5, 2026. Tempe Union High School District No. 213 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive, cloud-based Human Resources software solutions to support and streamline the District’s human resources operations. The proposed solution(s) may include an integrated platform, individual modules, or a combination of solutions supporting key HR functions, including applicant tracking and recruitment, employee onboarding, absence and substitute management, professional learning and growth, employee evaluation management, reporting and analytics, and related system integrations. The District seeks secure, reliable, user-friendly, and scalable solutions that will improve operational efficiency, streamline HR processes, reduce manual processes and duplicate data entry, and enhance the employee experience. The selected solution(s) shall include, as applicable, implementation, configuration, data migration, system integration, training, ongoing technical support, and related services necessary for successful deployment and continued operation. The District intends to establish a multi-term contract with the successful Offeror(s) and seeks solutions capable of supporting current District needs while providing flexibility for future growth and evolving human resources requirements.

Tempe Union High School District No. 213 serves approximately 11,500 students in grades nine through twelve across communities in Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix, Arizona. The District operates six comprehensive high schools and Tempe Union Online and is committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and organizational operations. The District relies on effective human resources systems and processes to support its employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Through this solicitation, the District seeks to modernize and streamline key Human Resources functions, reduce reliance on disconnected or manual processes, improve access to accurate and timely information, and provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience for employees, administrators, supervisors, and Human Resources staff. The District seeks comprehensive, cloud-based Human Resources software solutions that may consist of an integrated suite, individual modules, or a combination of solutions. The proposed solution(s) should support efficient and integrated HR processes while providing the flexibility, security, reporting capabilities, and system integrations necessary to meet the District's current and future operational needs.

Responses are due November 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST.

Questions must be submitted by October 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM MST.
