The City of Anaheim - Central Purchasing Office has issued invitation for bid, solicitation 26-27-08.

The City of Anaheim, Public Works Department, (hereinafter referred to as City) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Cleaning and Trash Debris Removal Services - ARMD. The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the City and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the City Master Agreement Terms & Conditions, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the City’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the City Master Agreement Terms & Conditions and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.

Questions must be submitted by November 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM PST.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST at City of Anaheim Public Works - Operations 400 E. Vermont St., Anaheim, CA 92805 Meeting is on 11/17/26, 9:45 AM check-in and begins promptly at 10:00 AM Important Requirements: Mandatory Attendance: Only those who attend the entire pre-bid meeting will be eligible to submit a proposal. Preparation: Please review the complete solicitation package prior to attending. Check-In: Provide a business card to the City’s Buyer upon arrival and complete sign-in sheet. Punctuality: No late arrivals will be admitted. No exceptions. Duration: Attendees are required to stay for the full duration of the meeting. Meeting Agenda: General project information and bidding requirements will be discussed at the Public Works Operations building. This is your opportunity to ask questions..
