The City of Santa Monica (the “City”) Fire Department is seeking bids to provide removal, cleaning, and disposal of Class B Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) from City Fire Apparatus.
The Santa Monica Fire Department has ten (10) Type 1 Engines, one (1) Aircraft Rescue Crash Apparatus, one (1) Aircraft Rescue Utility that will need to have the AFFF removed, cleaned and properly disposed of off site.
Responses are due November 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM PST.
