This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide a high‑capacity 1400–1600 amp three‑phase silent generator with redundant capability, along with a complete power distribution package and required accessories, for New Year’s Day operations. Services must include an on‑site technician available from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on January 1, 2027, as well as the provision of distribution equipment such as cam wires, a 300‑amp distro box, pigtails, Bates cable, a 100‑amp box with multiple 120V outlets, walkover panels, and a fire extinguisher. The selected vendor will ensure reliable temporary power support and safe setup in accordance with the City’s operational needs.
