Complete the work within five (5) working days. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. Proposals will be evaluated and scored based upon the Evaluation Criteria attached.

Responses are due October 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
