City of Milpitas - Engineering (CIP) has issued invitation for bid, solicitation 26-283.

The project consists of removing and replacing the Milpitas Sports Center (MSC) Football bleachers and various ADA upgrades within the MSC. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, demolition of existing bleachers and associated footing clearing, removal of debris, and other work necessary to prepare the site for construction of improvements including, but not necessarily limited to, erosion and sediment control, earthwork and grading, new home bleacher construction, concrete work, electrical conduit routing and relocations, fencing and gates, and ADA parking,restroom and access ramp improvements.

Responses are due November 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM PST.

Questions must be submitted by November 6, 2026 at 4:00 PM PST.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT at Milpitas Sports Center 1325 E Calaveras Boulevard Milpitas, CA 95035.
