The City of Golden is seeking proposals for Graphic Design and Publication Production Services. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM on November 3, 2026. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on October 16, 2026. Proposals and Questions must be submitted through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofgolden. The City is seeking a qualified graphic design firm or team to provide comprehensive graphic design, publication production, template development, accessibility, and print-production services. The selected firm will serve as an extension of the City’s Communications team, supporting projects from initial concept and content development support through final design, accessibility compliance, proofing, and print-ready production. The City is seeking a partner that can take City-provided content, photographs, data, and general direction and turn those materials into complete, polished products without requiring City staff to manage each individual production step. A primary goal of this contract is to balance professional design and strong brand integrity with greater efficiency for City staff. Major publications and complex materials will be professionally designed and produced by the selected firm, while standardized templates will be developed to empower City staff to independently create routine communications without compromising the City’s visual identity or accessibility standards.
