Escambia County - Neighborhood and Human Services has issued itq, solicitation NED-S-1050-100526.

Residential Rehab - contact Scott Sanchez, NED with questions, 850-595-0827, jssanchez@myescambia.com. General Contractors that are licensed, insured, and in good standing with the County are eligible to bid on the attached scope. New contractors with the county are required to submit a letter of insurability agreeing to these requirements. Escambia County may award Line item by Line item for emergency items limited to roofing and septic/sewer services. Only OPENGOV submitted bids will be accepted.

Responses are due October 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT at 1050 Bremen Ave.
