City of Carmel - Streets has issued invitation for bid.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for 26-STR-05 Annual Flower Order via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/carmelin. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM on November 4, 2026. Project work will include.

Responses are due November 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.

Questions must be submitted by October 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 8:00 AM EDT at Virtual Teams invitation will be sent upon request. Send request to Crystal Edmondson before noon 10/27/2026. cedmondson@carmel.in.gov.
