Ninth Street, Alamogordo, New Mexico. The City Commission of the City of Alamogordo will consider the tabulation of Bids at its next regular meeting or at a later meeting if required.

The Work designated as Alamogordo Aquatic Center consists of, General construction of the Alamogordo Aquatic Center at 1100 Oregon Avenue, including sitework, utilities, paving, landscaping, foundations, concrete slab, fabric structure, architectural finishes, building systems, fire sprinklers, and swimming pool., in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other Contract Documents. NOTE: PLEASE REVIEW ALL ATTACHMENTS

Responses are due December 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST.

Questions must be submitted by December 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT at A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on October 13, 2026, in the Community Development Conference Room, 1376 E. Ninth Street, Alamogordo, New Mexico..
