SUBCONTRACTORS WITH CHAIN-LINK FENCE INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE

. Project Overview We are soliciting proposals from fencing subcontractors in the Dona Ana County, NM area to support the installation of a comprehensive perimeter safety fence at an Educational Facility. Chain-link Fence and all Materials will be provided by contractor. The selected subcontractor will only provide all necessary labor, tools and equipment to complete the project in 10 days in accordance with the primary contract requirements. 2. Scope of Work & Technical Specifications The subcontractor will be responsible for installing approximately 3,000 linear feet of 6-foot-tall galvanized chain-link fencing and 4 specific sliding gates across the campus layout: Fencing Fabric & Framework: 3,000 linear ft , 6 ft Height Wire mesh ASTM A392 galvanized, 9-gauge commercial grade. 300 Posts: Line posts must be Pipe ASTM F 1043 Industry Standard galvanized Sch 40 (2-3/8" O.D.) spaced at a maximum of 10-foot intervals. Terminal posts must be 2-7/8" O.D. Footings: Will be installed on soft soil, line posts set to a minimum depth of 18 inches; terminal posts set to 24 inches. All posts must be anchored with 3,000 psi concrete. Hardware: 1-5/8" Sch 20 top rail, 9-gauge bottom tension wire, 9-gauge galvanized tension bands, and aluminum caps/rail ends. Fabric must be stretched fully tight upon installation. Gate Installations (4 Total): 4 30ft Sliding Gates 3. Questions Deadline: October 5, 2026 at 2:00pm. 4. Submission Instructions A.- Interested Subcontractors must submit a list of 3 similar projects installed in the last 2 years including client's name, e-mail address, phone number and installation address. B.- Interested subcontractors must submit a comprehensive lump-sum pricing proposal to our estimation desk no later than October 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM MDT . Your bid must break out your base proposal and any applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) as a separate line item. Late quotes will not be considered for our final compilation.
