The City of Richmond Transportation Engineering Division needs to investigate damaged fiber optic conduit that supports communications with the City’s traffic signal system. The investigation will determine the approximate location, condition, and extent of the damage and provide information needed to develop an appropriate repair strategy. The findings will help the City better understand the existing condition of the conduit and plan for future repair work.
