City of El Mirage - Public Works has issued request for proposal, solicitation EM26-ARC01.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit bids from qualified engineering firms to perform a comprehensive Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Study in accordance with NFPA 70E, IEEE 1584 (latest edition), and all applicable regulatory requirements. The intent of the study is to evaluate electrical hazards, determine incident energy levels, and provide labeling and documentation to ensure personnel safety and regulatory compliance.

In accordance with City of El Mirage Procurement Code, proposals for Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Study will be received by the City of El Mirage Purchasing Administrator at the specified location until 8:00 AM.on November 10, 2026. Proposals received by the correct date and time shall be considered. Proposals shall be in the actual possession of the City of El Mirage Administration on or prior to the exact date and time indicated above. Late proposals will not be considered, except as provided in the City of El Mirage Procurement Code. Proposals shall be electronically submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal. Proposers are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire Request for Proposals Package.

Responses are due November 10, 2026 at 8:00 AM MST.

Questions must be submitted by October 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM MST.
