This is a Notice for a Source designation for Alachua County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: Justification for Single Source Acquisition: Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Alachua County Procurement Division intends to utilize the Procurement method to contract with for supplying the above.

Automated Controls of Newberry, LLC is the only authorized distributor of Automated Logic controls in this region. Automated Logic software is proprietary but may be integrated with third-party, non-proprietary components (BACnet(R)). Automated Logic system has the ability to integrate with our current access control system, solar installations, centralized alarm systems, lighting, HVAC, and some of our elevators. Automated Logic system will provide standardization of building automated system County-Wide.
