The County of Sacramento (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the provision and delivery of one (1) new, self‑contained, skid‑mounted, gasoline‑powered valve exerciser equipped with hydro‑excavation and vacuum systems. This equipment will be used by the Sacramento County Water Agency for maintaining, servicing, and repairing fresh‑water system valves. All equipment provided must comply fully with Specification 660‑468 and all other requirements referenced in this Request for Bid (RFB). Attachments included in this RFB: Specification 660‑468 Valve Exerciser (bidder to review) Draft Purchase Order (bidder to review) Bidders must review all attached documents and shall submit any questions through the Question/Answer section of this RFB before the deadline for inquiries.

Responses are due October 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
