The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for Aquatics Program and Instruction Services for Senior Adults (Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract). Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 PM on November 13, 2026. Late Proposals will not be accepted. Project work includes aquatic programming design and delivery, certified staffing, safety inspections and compliance, facility organization, participant assessments and recordkeeping, attendance tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination with Senior Center staff.
Responses are due November 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST.
Questions must be submitted by October 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT at Lou Walker Senior Center 2538 Panola Road, Stonecrest, Georgia 30058.
